- Support Requests
Support for the Stratosphere is handled by the Datapipe support system. When created, new support request are added to the Datapipe One portal.
To create a new support request, click the support link on the top menu. The support link is located next to the name of your account.
You are required to enter a subject summarizing your support request as well as a detailed description of the issue. After entering the required information click 'Create Support Request' and you will receive a link to the support request in the support portal.
Reviewing support requests
You can review the status of your support requests by clicking 'Your Support Requests' under the support link on the top menu or at directly at https://cloud.datapipe.com/tickets.
