Log in to your Amazon AWS Management Console

Log in to your Amazon AWS Management Console and select 'IAM' service. (Note: you may be asked to sign in to your AWS account before you'll be able to view the Console)

Create an IAM Group for Cloud Reports

Click on the 'Create a New Group of Users' button and follow the new group wizard:

Enter the new group name: 'datapipe-cloudreports' and click 'Continue'

In the 'Set Permissions' list click 'Select' on the 'Read Only Access' item

Click 'Continue' on the 'Edit Permissions' view that appears

Create an IAM User for Cloud Reports

In the space provided for 'Create New Users', enter 'datapipe-cloudreports' in the first box and click 'Continue'

Review the Group, Permission Policy and User presented, and verify that they are accurate (including case), and click 'Finish'. (if not, click the 'Back' link to correct)

You will receive a message that the group and user have been added successfully. Click on the 'Download Credentials' button in the lower-left-hand corner of the message and save the CSV file on your disk. You will need these credentials when you set up your Cloud Reports account. (don't worry if you forgot to save or deleted the file - you can always retrieve the credentials here by viewing the 'Security Credentials' tab for the 'datapipe-cloudreports' user)
