On May 17, 2013 beginning at 10:00pm EDT Datapipe will be performing a software upgrade on our Stratosphere environment in accordance with best practices and implemented by our Datapipe technicians on-site. This upgrade is being performed to increase performance, reliability and system capacity. During this maintenance, all client instances in the NY Metro Zone will be powered down and unavailable for the duration. All other zones will not be impacted and VM's will continue to function and operate as expected. If you currently utilizing API calls for provisioning VM's in other regions this functionality will also be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance. The maintenance window is given to allow time for Datapipe engineers to respond to any unforeseen issues that may occur during the upgrade.
